additional Wedding Day Fees include the Travel Fee and Assistant Fee.
These required fees are determined based on the details provided in your inquiry form.
TRAVEL FEE
Our travel fee covers transportation to and from your wedding location and is calculated using the total roundtrip mileage from our place of business to where the services will be provided (Venue, Airbnb, Hotel, Private Residence) at $1.25 per mile. For trips over 200 roundtrip miles, the first 50 miles are complimentary. PLEASE NOTE: this fee does not include parking, tolls, or overnight accommodations, which may be billed separately if required.

ASSISTANT FEE
Assistants are licensed artists, brought on to assist with hair or makeup services. As the sole owner of my business, I am able to provide a certain number of services before hiring an assistant. The number of assistants needed is determined by the wedding day itinerary and the volume of services booked.
A fixed fee applies for each assistant hired, with the Assistant Fee set at $150.
